Best described as an electronic version of the traditional T-Card System used by many repairers, Tracker allows you, and your chosen repairers, to move vehicles through the different stages of the repair process from the point a purchase order is raised, through the assessment procedure, the various repair stages, to the date and time it is back on the road. This granular tracking of each vehicle allows you to manage your fleet remotely, at the click of a button and without the need for emails or phone calls.
Stay Ahead of the Repair
Predetermined repair templates can be set for each repairer, establishing agreed service levels for each part of the repair process. A traffic light progress bar for each job enables you to quickly identify vehicles that have fallen behind in the process timelines and to question why. If the delay is because of a parts issue, this can be communicated to your chosen parts supplier. There is even an audit trail which date stamps every time a vehicle’s status is changed.
