AIMS Lite electronic ordering makes the ordering process easier. Being web based, it can be used on any tablet, laptop or PC and allows orders to be placed 24/7 with the click of a button, even when your supplier hasn’t opened yet!
Only See the Products You Order
Through initial consultation, a list of core products used by your business is established and made visible to all users of the system. This results in a compact, controlled and finite stock list which means it’s extremely quick and easy to find the products you want to order.
Control Cost and Improve Efficiency
Ideal for both single sites and multi-site operations, the software allows managers and business owners to set predefined core product lists. This way of working allows you to easily maintain control over the products each bodyshop, van or repair pod are using, resulting in improved efficiencies and better financial control.
Items can be added to the requirements list over a number of days or weeks, until the order is ready to be sent. For products that aren’t needed immediately, these can be “snoozed” until the next order is ready to go; a day, a week or even a month later!
Reports at Your Fingertips
AIMS Lite reporting suite puts live data at your fingertips, accurately reporting on items ordered and most used products. To keep on top of any back orders and to reduce the likelihood of orders for products being duplicated, there is a useful Outstanding Products Report and the ability to look back through previous orders.
